Larger and sophisticated buildings’ construction requires more input resources such as workers and materials, which contributes to safety accidents. In order to prevent this, the construction industry team makes a lot of efforts to prevent incidents that may occur in the field, such as the construction of a safety management team and the implementation of safety education. Nevertheless, the risk of construction projects is higher than other projects. The cause of all these events is related not only to the construction site itself, but also to all construction participants, such as the client, the designer, and the contractor involved in the construction. Therefore, this study aims to provide a survey on the role of the client in the pre - and post - construction phases and especially, during the construction phase.

더 크고 세련된 건축물을 건설하기 위해서는 근로자, 자재 등과 같은 투입 자원이 더 많이 필요하게 되며, 이는 안전사고의 요인으로 작용한다. 이를 방지하지 위하여 건설업게에서는 안전관리 팀구성, 안전교육실시 등 현장에 서 발생할 수 있는 사건을 예방하기 위하여 많은 노력을 한다. 그럼에도 불구하고 건설사업의 위험은 타 사업보다 높은 것이 사실이다. 이 모든 사건의 원인은 건설현장 자체뿐만 아니라 건설에 관련된 발주처, 설계자 및 건설업자 등 건설 참여자 모두에게 관련되어 있다. 따라서 본 연구는 건설 현장에서 사고를 예방하기 위한 설문조사를 실시하여 건설 전 후 단계에서 발주자의 역할, 그리고 건설 도중에 특히, 시공단계에서 어떤 역할을 해야 하는 지에 대한 해답을 제시하고자 한다.

    Ever since next generation convergence technology became one of the most important industries in the nation, computing professionals have encountered a growing number of challenges. Along with scholars and colleagues in related fields, they have gathered in avariety of forums and meetings over the last few decades to share their knowledge, experiences and the outcome of their research. These exchanges have led to the founding of the International Next-generation Convergence technology (INCA) on December 1, 2015. INCA was registered as an incorporated association under the Ministry of Information and Communications. The main purpose of the organization is to improve our society by achieving the highest capability possible in next generation convergence technology.
