This study aims to propose a user-customized residential design platform to support user's decision making. With the development of IT technology, the need for user-customized residential is expanding. In order to provide such a user-customized residence, it is necessary to study the platform that can provide the optimized service by grasping the characteristics of the users. In this study, user preference categories are derived through literature review and previous research analysis, and the user-customized residential model data based on parameter grouping are constructed. Then, a user-customized residential design platform provided by one-click system is proposed. The objective is to build a practically usable decision support system.

본 연구는 사용자의 의사결정을 지원하는 사용자 맞춤형 주거 설계 플랫폼을 제안하는 것을 목적으로 한다. IT기술의 발달과 더불어 사용자 맞춤형 주거에 대한 니즈가 확대되고 있다. 이러한 사용자 맞춤형 주거를 제공하기 위 해서, 사용자의 특성을 파악하여 최적화된 서비스를 제공할 수 있는 플랫폼에 대한 연구가 필요하다. 이에 본 연구는 문헌조사와 선행연구 분석을 통한 사용자 선호도 카테고리를 도출하고 매개변수 그룹핑에 따른 사용자 맞춤형 주거 모델 데이터를 구축한 후 원클릭시스템에 의해 제공되는 사용자 맞춤형 주거 설계 플랫폼을 제안함으로써 사용자들에 게 실질적으로 활용가능한 의사결정시스템을 구축하는 데 그 목적을 두고 있다.

    Ever since next generation convergence technology became one of the most important industries in the nation, computing professionals have encountered a growing number of challenges. Along with scholars and colleagues in related fields, they have gathered in avariety of forums and meetings over the last few decades to share their knowledge, experiences and the outcome of their research. These exchanges have led to the founding of the International Next-generation Convergence technology (INCA) on December 1, 2015. INCA was registered as an incorporated association under the Ministry of Information and Communications. The main purpose of the organization is to improve our society by achieving the highest capability possible in next generation convergence technology.
