The purpose of this study was to identify the factors of the expectancy-disconfirmation theory of Oliver (1980) among the trainees of the sports instructor training and provide the data necessary for the efficient operation of the sports instructor training institute. To achieve this research purpose, all trainees participating in the training of sports instructor at three university training institutions were selected in 2018. The survey tool collected a total of 380 copies of the questionnaire composed of expected, performance, expected mismatches and training education service satisfaction questions, and used the SPSS 18.0, frequency analysis, reliability analysis, search factor analysis, and public statistical analysis model, except 13 which is considered to be highly non-response questions or insincere. Empirical analysis shows that the performance of education services (administration support, education contents, and educational environment) has a significant impact on the expected mismatch, and that the performance of education contents has a statistically significant impact on the satisfaction of education. In addition, expected mismatches have a significant effect on education satisfaction that is statistically static (+). Therefore, the training institute for life sports managers should seek strategic options to raise the level of administrative management, educational contents, and educational environment through education services in order to foster practical and professional sports leaders.

본 연구는 Oliver(1980)의 기대/성과불일치 이론을 생활스포츠지도사 연수 교육생의 기대/성과 불일치 요인을 파악, 생활스포츠지도사 연수원의 효율적 운영에 필요한 자료를 제공하고자 하였다. 이 같은 연구목적을 달성하기 위하 여 2018년 3개 대학 연수기관의 생활스포츠지도사 연수 참여 학생을 전체 표집하였다. 조사도구로 기대, 성과, 기대불 일치, 연수만족도 문항으로 구성된 설문지로 총 380를 배부하여 총331부를 회수하였으며 무응답 문항이 많거나 불성 실하다고 판단되는 13부를 제외한 317부의 설문지를 통대로 SPSS 18.0과 AMOS 8.0을 이용, 빈도분석, 신뢰도분석, 탐색적 요인분석, 확인적 요인분석, 공변량구조모형분석 등의 통계기법을 사용하였다. 실증분석 결과 교육서비스 성과 (행정지원, 교육콘텐츠, 교육환경)는 기대불일치에 통계적으로 정적(+)인 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 교육콘텐츠성과도 교육만족에 통계적으로 정적(+)인 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 기대불일치도 교육 만족에 통계적으로 정적(+)인 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이에, 생활스포츠지도사 연수 기관은 실무적이 고 전문적인 체육지도자를 양성하기 위해 교육서비스를 통한 행정관리, 교육콘텐츠, 교육환경의 수준을 높일 수 있는 전략적 대안 모색에 힘써야 하겠다.
