Recently, the development of IT convergence technology in accordance with the 4th industrial revolution has increased interest in healthcare. As the services for users' personal healthcare are increasing, block-chain technology, which is the next generation information security technology, is emerging, and research on efficient medicine and personal health information are being conducted in the healthcare area. In this paper, we propose the smart contract based block-chain networks for drug record management in health platform. Smart health data securely stores the user's medication record using the side chain of the block chain. In the health platform, an individual's medical-related behavior occurs intermittently, but a large number of transactions occur for the healthcare worker. Therefore, it is possible to simplify the procedure of fastening the block chain by using the proposed smart contract.

최근 4차 산업혁명에 따른 IT융합기술의 발달로 헬스케어에 대한 관심이 증폭되고 있다. 사용자의 개인 건강관 리를 위한 서비스들이 증가하고 있으며, 차세대 정보보안 기술인 블록체인기술이 등장하면서 보건의료 분야에서도 효 율적인 의약품 및 개인건강 정보에 대한 연구가 진행되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 헬스 플랫폼에서 의약품 기록 관리를 위한 스마트 컨트렉트 기반 블록체인 네트워크를 제안한다. 스마트 헬스 데이터는 블록체인의 사이드 체인을 이용하여 사용자의 의약품 기록을 안전하게 저장한다. 헬스 플랫폼에서 개인의 의료관련 행위는 간헐적으로 발생하지만, 의료종 사자 입장에서는 대량의 트랜잭션이 발생한다. 이에 따라 제안하는 스마트 컨트랙트를 활용하여 블록체인의 체결 절차 를 간소화 할 수 있다.

    Ever since next generation convergence technology became one of the most important industries in the nation, computing professionals have encountered a growing number of challenges. These exchanges have led to the founding of the International Next-generation Convergence technology (INCA) on December 1, 2015. INCA was registered as an incorporated association under the Ministry of Information and Communications. The main purpose of the organization is to improve our society by achieving the highest capability possible in next generation convergence technology.
