With increased density of data centers, power and HVAC equipment are becoming more complicated. In particular, recent cloud data centers are demanding energy efficient and high availability. To manage large scale data center, it is required to collect and analysis data from diverse equipment in data center. And it is important to have an FMS that can monitor the status of the data center equipment with minimal manpower and take immediate action. In this paper, we proposed a method to monitor and measure ICT and it's related equipment in cloud data center, such as Power, HVAC, fire control, and PUE. We also proposed an integrated FMS that can monitor these data through each collecting point. This research contributes to a high level of ICT availability while efficiently operating the data center.
