The purpose of this study was to explore and effect for various factors on the sexual delinquency of youth within the smart phones. Data was used collected from 10 samples depth interviews from National Youth Policy Institute Survey(NYPI)(2014). Analysis of the data was applied to the ‘grounded theory’ method of qualitative research methods suggested by Strauss and Corbin(1998). Research questions of this study is that what is sexual delinquency making process of youth within the smart phones? The data was analyzed by the procedures of grounded theory– open coding, performed conceptualization(86) sub-categorization(18) and categorization(7). The main results of the study as following: in axial coding the casual conditions was ‘the using time of smart phones’ and ‘pornography program’; central phenomena were ‘diversification of sexual delinquency’; the contextual conditions were ‘a poor environment’; the intervention conditions were ‘vision for the future and sexual attitude’ ‘friend relationship’; the strategy of action/interaction was ‘experience of negative’; the result showed ‘change of negative life’. The core category in selective coding was ‘within the smart phone, sexual curiosity and sexual mischief eventually results in sexual delinquency, which leads to the change of life’. Based on the core category, the type of sexual delinquency into three core categories. This study explained the implications and limitations of the findings at the practical levels.

본 연구의 목적은 스마트폰 안에서 청소년의 성비행 경험과정을 알아보고 성비행에 영향을 미치는 요인을 탐색하는 것이다. 본 연구에서 적용한 자료는 한국청소년정책연구원의 ‘스마트시대 대중매체를 통한 청소년의 성상품화 대응방안’을 살펴보기 위해 실시한 심층면접자료를 사용하였다. 자료 분석은 질적 접근의 연구방법으로 근본적인 경험을 탐색하기에 유용한 Strauss & Corbin의 근거이론이 적용되었다. 본 연구의 연구문제는 스마트폰 안에서 청소년의 성비행 경험 과정은 어떠한가? 이다. 자료분석은 Strauss & Corbin(1998)이 고안한 일련의 순서에 따라 개방코딩은 상위범주 7개 하위범주 18개, 개념 86개를 도출하였다. 축코딩 결과 중심현상은 ‘다양한 성적 행위’였으며 이에 대한 인과적 조건은 ‘스마트폰 사용시간’, ‘음란물 접촉프로그램’, 맥락적 조건은 ‘열악한 환경’ 중재적 조건은 ‘미래에 대한 꿈과 성태도’, ‘친구관계’ 상호작용은 ‘부정적 경험’, 결과는 ‘부정적인 삶의 변화’로 나타났다. 과정분석으로 스마트폰을 통한 청소년의 성비행 경험과정은 노출단계, 공유단계, 행동단계로 도출되었다. 핵심범주는 ‘스마트폰 안에서의 성적 호기심과 장난이 성비행까지 이르는 삶의 변화’로 도출되었다. 본 연구결과로 안정된 가족유대관계, 친구관계 및 스마트폰 안에서 성비행을 차단할 수 있는 시스템 구축을 제언하였다.
