The purpose of this study is to analyze various factors due to the population decline in Ansan City from a criminal point of view. The number of crimes in a specific city in southern Gyeonggi Province is focused on the case of the case centered on the number of police statistics. The number of crime statistics and case studies on how the population decline in Ansan City has a relationship with crime, what causes the population to decrease, and how the population affects the population in relation to the surrounding cities. We compared the violent crime statistics and case cases in Ansan, Siheung, Gunpo, and Hwaseong, which are specific cities in southern Gyeonggi Province. The total number of violent crimes in southern Gyeonggi province decreased compared to the previous year, but rape crimes among the types of crimes have increased in common. The crime of murder has also been found to occur steadily. The geographical common point of Ansan, Siheung, Gunpo and Hwaseong cities in southern Gyeonggi province is the urban and rural complex where rural areas and cities coexist. In addition, police activities are concentrated in the center of the city, so it can be seen that there are limitations such as a wide range of urban area security personnel and equipment. The social problems caused by the heterogeneous culture caused by the influx of foreigners, such as social, cultural, and demographic urban characteristics, which can be seen as a crime- affecting factor, are caused by the population decline of the city. Balanced development and collaborative development between cities in the administrative districts should be achieved to prevent not only security but also population decline.

이 연구 목적은 범죄적 관점에서 안산시 인구 감소에 따른 다양한 요인을 분석하는 것이다. 경기남 부 특정 도시에서 발생하는 범죄 건수를 경찰 통계 건수 중심으로 사건 사례 중심으로 살펴보는 것이 다. 안산시 인구 감소 요인이 범죄발생과 어떤 관계가 있는지, 관계가 있다면 어떤 요인으로 인구가 감 소하는지, 그리고 주변 도시들과 어떤 관계에서 인구가 감소 영향을 주는지에 대한 범죄통계 건수와 사 건 사례중심으로 살펴보는 것이다. 경기남부 특정 도시인 안산, 시흥, 군포, 화성에서 발생하는 강력범죄 통계 자료, 사건 사례를 비교 해 본바 다음과 같은 내용을 알 수 있었다. 경기남부 도시들의 강력범죄 전체 건수는 전년도 대비 감소 한 것으로 나타났다. 하지만 범죄유형 중 강간 범죄만 공통적으로 증가한 것으로 나타났다. 또 살인범 죄는 꾸준하게 발생하는 것으로 나타났다. 경기남부 안산, 시흥, 군포, 화성 도시의 지리적 공통점은 농촌과 도시가 함께 공존하는 도농복합도 시로 광대한 면적과 다양한 환경 요소들이 많아 치안 사각지대가 많은 것으로 나타났다. 또 도시 중심 으로 치안 활동이 집중되어 있어 광범위한 도시 면적 치안활동 인력, 장비 등 한계가 있다는 것을 알 수 있었다. 범죄 영향 요인으로 볼 수 있는 사회적, 문화적, 인구학적 도시 특성 등 외국인 유입에 따른 이 질적 문화와 도시 간 개발 경쟁으로 인한 사회적 문제가 도시의 인구 감소 요인으로 발생하여, 범죄발 생 요인만으로는 인구 감소 요인으로 볼 수 없고 불균형 발전과 도시지역분화현상이 도시 간 격차로 나 타나 특정 도시의 인구가 감소한 것으로 본다. 행정구역이 모한 도시 간 균형 발전과 협업 개발이 이루 어져야 치안 뿐 만 아니라 인구 감소 요인을 막을 수 있을 것이다.
