This study is aimed at finding out triggering effect of Juvenile Delinquency in the life of punished and released youth. This study compare the differences in individual characteristics between teenagers who remain at Juvenile Delinquency after a certain period of time and teenagers who find a turning point to normal. We want to find a turning point from Juvenile Delinquency to normal and find environmental and internal factors that affect that point. The study was conducted on 12 teenagers who lived in Seoul and experienced Juvenile punishment. Research uses story map to present the life process of young people through whole life and sort out the factors that affect each conversion point associated with Juvenile Delinquency and finally discover the Juvenile Delinquency promotion factor. Studies have shown that delinquents have a time for advice and information through communication with older generations including seniors, teachers, and relatives at the time of starting and enhancing Juvenile Delinquency. In other words advice and information acquisition through social ties with parents, seniors and teachers are essential to adolescents who want to escape from Juvenile Delinquency. According to these studies, the youth policy for Juvenile to Desistance from Delinquency should activate the youth cohabitation system that encourage teachers, seniors, related agencies, communities and teenagers including parents forming a bond and provide them with the advice and information that they need personally instead of department store list of existing policies such as supervision, vocational guidance, and economic support which implement it without priority

비슷한 처벌을 경험한 청소년들 중에서 처벌 후 일정 기간이 지났음에도 계속 비행 단계에 머무르는 청소년들과 조금씩 탈비행의 단계로 이행되는 청소년들이 있다. 이 연구는 서울시에 거주하면서 비행 후 처벌경험이 있는 12명의 청소년들을 대상으로 하였다. 연 구방법은 스토리 맵을 이용한 연구로 청소년별 생애과정을 스토리 맵을 통해 나타내고, 비행 및 탈비행 과 관련되는 각 전환점에 영향을 주는 요인들을 유형화하여 최종적으로 탈비행 촉진 요인은 발견하고 자 하였다. 연구에서 비행청소년들은 ‘탈비행 시작’ 시점과 ‘탈비행 강화’ 시점에 ‘선배, 교사, 친인척 등 기성세 대와의 소통을 통해 필요한 조언과 정보 습득’ 이 있었음을 알 수 있었다. 즉, 탈비행을 하고자하는 청소 년에게는 부모나 선배, 교사 등과 사회적 유대를 통한 조언과 정보습득이 반드시 필요한 이유가 된다. 이러한 연구결과에 의하면 탈비행을 위한 청소년 정책은 검정고시 지도, 직능지도, 경제적 지원 등 기존 정책들을 백화점식 나열하여 우선순위 없이 시행하기 보다는, 먼저 청소년동반자 제도 등을 더욱 활성화하여 부모를 포함한 교사, 선배, 관계기관 종사자, 지역사회등과 청소년들이 유대감을 형성하게 하고, 그들에게 개별적으로 필요한 조언과 정보를 제공하도록 하여야 할 것이다.
