In recent years, the rapid development of the cross-border e-commerce industry has gradually become a new way of international trade. Under the promotion of the ‘One Belt and One Road’ Initiative, Cross-border e-commerce has become an important driving force for the development of the Silk Road Economic Belt. This paper introduces the development status of China's cross-border e-commerce under the background of ‘One Belt and One Road’, and uses SWOT analysis to analyze the advantages, disadvantages, opportunities and threats of China's cross-border e-commerce development status. On this basis, the corresponding development proposals are put forward to provide reference for the cross-border e-commerce enterprises in the ‘One Belt and One Road’ economic zone to optimize their future development direction.

최근 국경 간 전자상거래가 급속도로 발전하면서 점차 국제무역의 새로운 방식으로서 자리를 잡아가고 있다. 중국의 ‘일대일로’ 정책의 강력한 추진으로 국경 간 전자상거래는 일대일로 경제권의 발전을 위한 중요한 추진동력이 되고 있다. 본 논문은 ‘일대일로’의 배경 하에서 중국의 국경 간 전자상거래의 발전현황을 소개하고 SWOT 분석방법을 이용하여 중국의 국경 간 전자상거래 발전의 강점, 약점, 기회 및 위협요인을 분석한다. 이러한 기초 위에 ‘일대일로’ 경제권의 국경 간 전자상거래 기업들의 미래의 발전방향을 제시하기 위하여 중국의 국경 간 전자상거래의 발전방안을 제시한다. 우리나라와 밀접한 경제관계를 맺고 있는 중국의 국경 간 전자상거래의 발전현황을 파악하고 SWOT 분석을 통하여 발전방안을 제시하는 것은 우리나라 기업들의 국경 간 전자상거래의 발전에 도움이 될 것으로 기대된다.
