Reducing the time and effort required to identify the material of the required information, Agile and corresponding exactly what has more of an effect on the competitiveness of the organization about a change in the business environment and user needs environment. There are many kind of Information systems management and control framework, but they have been feeling confusing and complex about what to manage about any targets and scopes in field for a long time. This study tries to develop common management framework and will give useful information after looks at the concept of a framework for ITIL, COBIT, CMMI, EA as well as the common items derived from information systems operations management perspective, not the perspective of overall information management systems.

업무환경 및 사용자 요구환경의 변화에 대하여 필요한 정보의 소재파악에 소요되는 시간 및 노 력을 절감하고, 기민하고 정확하게 대응하는 것은 조직의 경쟁력 확보에 많은 영향을 미친다. 정보시 스템 관리 및 통제를 위한 많은 프레임워크가 존재하지만, 정작 현장에서 어떤 대상과 범위에 대하여 어떻게 관리해야 할지에 대해 혼란스럽고 복잡해하고 있다. 본 연구는 ITIL, COBIT, CMMI, EA에 대한 프레임워크 개념을 살펴보고, 정보화 관리체계 전반에 대한 관점이 아닌 정보시스템 운영관리 관 점에서의 공통항목 도출을 비롯하여 공통 프레임워크를 정립을 통해 유용한 정보를 제공하고자 한다.
