Advanced IT technology has not only rapidly changed the tempo of operations and businesses but has also made the interoperable environment more efficient through connecting systems and enterprises which were separated in the past. Recently, many organizations are trying to create synergies, based on agile enterprise through the set up of agile EA that could adapt adequately to the above mentioned environment. However, because of unclear definitions and insufficiency of framework and quality value chain of above topics, people who are interested in are experiencing difficulties. To solve these problems, this paper proposes the Agile EA Quality Value Chain Framework that infers from the concepts of DoD NCW and EA.

IT기술의 급격한 발전은 작전 및 업무 템포를 빠르게 변하시키고 있을 뿐만 아니라 과거에는 분리되어 있던 많은 체계 및 엔트프라이즈를 연결시켜 상호작용할 수 있는 환경도 만들어 주고 있다. 최근 많은 엔트프라이즈가 EA를 기반으로 이러한 환경에 민첩하게 적응할 수 있는 애자일 엔트프라 이즈를 구축하여 업무의 시너지를 창출하려고 노력하고 있다. 그러나 이와 관련한 명확한 개념, 프레 임워크 및 품질가치사슬 등이 부족하여 많은 어려움을 겪고 있다. 이러한 문제점을 해결하기위해 본 논문에서는 EA개념과 미 국방성의 NCW개념에서 추론한 애자일 엔트프라이즈를 위한 ‘애자일 EA 품질가치사슬 프레임워크’를 제안한다.
