In accordance with the rapid development of information communication technology, to cope with security risks in the organization. It is evident that security perception of individual members plays very important roles in making the efforts to treat the risks by organizations effective. In this paper, we analyze the affects of motivational factors and psychological factors on the security perception from a human-centric security perspective. According to results, the external motivational factors have more effects on the security perception than the internal motivational factors. In addition, we can see that the perceived seriousness which is one of the psychological factors can control the effects on the security perception.

정보통신기술의 급속한 발전에 따라 조직에서 정보보안에 대한 위협에 대처하는 것은 매우 중 요한 일이다. 보안 위협에 대처하기 위한 조직의 많은 노력도 조직 구성원의 보안 인식 강화가 선행 되어야 효과를 극대화 할 수 있음은 자명한 사실이다. 본 논문에서는 사람 중심의 보안관점에서 보안 인식을 유발하는 동기요인과 개인의 심리적 요인이 보안 인식에 미치는 영향을 분석한다. 결과에 따 르면 외적 동기요인이 내적 동기요인보다 보안인식에 더 큰 영향을 끼치고 있음을 알 수 있다. 또한 개인의 심리적인 요인 중의 하나인 지각된 심각성이 보안인식에 미치는 영향을 조절할 수 있음을 알 수 있다.
