Recently, the work environment using smart phones has spread rapidly, and new types of cyber attacks have been rapidly increasing. Accordingly, various mobile device management (MDM) are being developed. The Agency for Defense Development (ADD), a Government-Supported Research Institute, develops MDM software called ADD Guardian to prevent leakage of technology. The purpose of this study is to investigate the factors influencing users' intention to use ADD Guardian. In other words, we examined how the external environment factors such as the usefulness of ADD security policy and management 's interest, and the technical characteristics such as confidentiality and integrity affect the intention of using ADD Guardian through perceived reliability and usefulness. This study has yielded empirical results on what factors should be taken into account in order to force executives of government-funded research institutes to install security applications for their employees.

최근 스마트폰을 활용한 업무환경이 빠르게 확산되어 새로운 형태의 사이버 공격이 급증하고 있으며, 이에 다양한 모바일 단말 관리(MDM)도 개발되고 있다. 정부출연연구소 중 국방과학연구소(ADD)는 군에서 사용하는 무기체계를 연구개 발하는 기관으로 기술의 유출을 막기위해 ADD Guardian이라는 MDM 소프트웨어 를 개발하였다. 이번 연구에서는 Davis의 기술수용모델을 변형하여 ADD의 보안정책의 유용성, 경영층의 관심 등 조직환경적인 변수와 기밀성, 무결성 등 시스템보안을 대표하 는 변수가 ADD Guardian을 설치해야 하는 직원들의 이용의도에 미치는 영향요인 을 분석하였다. 이 연구를 통해 정부출연연구소의 경영자들이 직원들에게 보안어플리케이션 설치하도록 유도하기 위해서는 어떠한 요소에 관심을 가져야 하는지 실증적인 결과를 도출하였다.
