This paper examined the effects of post traumatic stress disorder, post traumatic growth, body insight scale, and object relations on counselor's expertise . The post traumatic stress disorder(PTSD), post traumatic growth(PTG), body insighr scale(BIS), and object relations(OR) were as proxy for the pychology factors of traumatic counselors. The microskills, counseling process, and dealing with difficult client behavior were as proxy for the counselor's expertise bsed on the counselor self-efficacy. Based on the analysis of three hundred thirty cases, the following results were found. First, the post traumatic stress disorder(PTSD) don't associated with the counselor's expertise. Second, post traumatic growth(PTG) positively associated with the counselor's expertise. Third, body insighr scale(BIS) positively associated with the counselor's expertise. Finally, object relations(OR) positively associated with the counselor's expertise.

본 연구는 외상후스트레스장애, 외상후성장, 신체통찰력, 대상상관계가 상담자의 전문성에 미치는 영향에 대한 연구이다. 외상후스트레스장애, 외상후성장, 신체통찰력, 대상관계 등의 변수가 트라우마 상담자의 심리적 요인을 측정하는 대용변수로 사용되었다. 상담자의 세부상담기술, 상담과정, 어려운 내담자 다루기 등의 변수가 트라우마 상담자의 전문성을 측정하는 대용변수로 사용되었다. 트라우마 (심리) 상담자를 대상으로 전체 330부의 설문지를 사용하여 실증분석을 수행한 결과 다음과 같은 연 구결과를 얻었다. 첫째, 외상후스트레스장애(PTSD)는 상담자의 전문성에 유의한 영향을 미치지 않았 다. 둘째, 외상후성장(PTG)은 상담자의 전문성에 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미쳤다. 셋째, 신체통찰력(BI S)은 상담자의 전문성에 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미쳤다. 마지막으로 대상관계(OR)는 상담자의 전문성 에 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미쳤다.
