In today's complex society, it is very important to know and understand the personality traits of self and others. Therefore, various types of personality type test papers have been developed. The characteristics of these are to grasp the personality type of the person through the test sheets, while the aspect of the Saju-Myungrihak is the difference of the personality type of the person by the birth, year, month, day, and time. In this study, we compared the 'Sipsin' in Saju-Myungri with the enneagram personality typology, and found that there are many similarities between the characteristics of the structural aspect and the characteristics of the personality type is high, and it is possible to be established as Oriental personality typology. However, it seems that standardization work should be done on characteristics of personality types of various clinical and applying personality characteristics of Sipsin.

오늘날 복잡한 사회를 살아가는데 있어서 자신과 타인을 위한 자기 성격적 특성을 알고 이해한다 는 것은 매우 중요하다. 따라서 현재 다양한 성격유형 검사지가 개발되어 있다. 이들의 특징은 검사 지를 통한 자신의 성격유형을 파악하는 것인 반면 사주명리학은 타고난 생·년·월·일·시로 자신의 성격 유형을 파악하는 차이가 있다. 본 연구에서는 사주명리에 나타난 ‘십신’이 에니어그램 성격유형론과 비교하여 볼 때 구조적인면과 성격유형별 특성 면에서 유사성이 많아 동양의 성격유형론으로 정립될 수 있는 가능성을 보았다. 다 만, 십신의 성격특성을 적용한 다양한 임상과 십신의 성격유형별 특성에 대한 표준화 작업이 이루어져 야 할 것으로 판단된다.
