The purpose of this study is to identify the subjective health status of leisure sports participants using the residents’ self-government center facilities. They were middle-aged women who participated in the women’s leisure activity at four locations in Seoul and four welfare centers in Gyeonggi Province. From March 1, 2018 to March 30, 2018, 425 middle-aged women were surveyed. Of the total 425 data, 400 were used for the final analysis, with the exception of the irrelevant 25 respondents. Data processing was conducted using the SPSS 20.0 program, and the general characteristics and health-related characteristics of those surveyed, Technical statistics and logistic return analysis were conducted to determine the degree of participation of the female leisure activity. The study found that 228 middle-aged women57.0 percent) appreciated subjective health conditions. The health-related characteristics of subjective health conditions and their impact on the degree of participation (frequency, time, period) of the female leisure activity(OR:0.57), adequate sleep(OR: 0.52), regular meal(OR: 3.14), disease status(OR:4.67), and frequency of participation in female leisure activity(OR:3.30); Positive significance of both subjective health conditions in the female leisure activity participation time (OR:1.71) and the female leisure activity participation period(OR:0.39) Represented.

이 연구의 목적은 주민자치센터 시설을 이용하는 여가스포츠 참여자들의 주관적 건강상태를 확인하고 그것의 유효성을 확인하는 것이다. 이를 위해 2018년 3월 1일부터 2018년 3월 30일까지 425명의 중년 여성 중년여성들이 서 울 4곳과 경기지역 4곳의 여성 가스전에 참가했던 것으로 조사됐다. 총 425개의 데이터 중 관련되지 않은 25명의 응답 자를 제외하고 400개가 최종 분석에 사용되었다. 조사 대상자의 일반적인 특성과 건강 관련 특성, 기술 통계 및 로지스 틱 회귀분석을 통해 여성 여가 활동의 참여 정도를 판단하였다. 이 연구는 228명의 중년 여성(57.0%)이 주관적인 건강 상태를 높이 평가한 것으로 나타났다. 주관적 건강 조건의 건강 관련 특성과 여성 여가 활동의 참여 정도에 대한 여성 여가 활동의 적절한 수면, 정규 식사. 여성의 여가활동 지속시간과 여성 여가 활동 참여기간이 긍정적인 주관적 건강 상 태 에 유효한 것으로 확인되었다.
