The purpose of this study to investigate the effects of self-efficacy and clinical practice satisfaction among nursing students and to provide counseling and guidance for nursing. There are 121 nursing students 4th grade students who accomplished all clinical practices cited one specific location. Collected data were analyzed using Pearson‘s correlation and Multiple regression. The results shown by the study were shown to be positively correlated. The results of the study were clinical practice satisfaction 13.3%(β=.248) and self-efficacy 38.6%(β=.570), respectively. A total of 44% were the factors affecting the career attitude maturity. Therefore, it is necessary to develop a curriculum to enhance the self-efficacy of nursing students and to improve the satisfaction of clinical practice.

본 연구의 목적은 간호대학생의 자기효능감과 임상실습만족도가 진로태도성숙도에 영향을 주는지를 알아보고 간호 대학생의 진로상담 및 지도를 위한 방안을 마련하고자 시도되었다. 연구대상은 일부 지역의 임상실습을 마친 간호학과 4학 년 121명을 대상으로 설문지를 이용하였다. 자료분석은 Pearson‘s correlation 및 Multiple regression으로 분석하였다. 연구 결과 진로태도성숙도, 자기효능감 및 임상실습만족도는 유의한 양의 상관관계를 보였다. 연구결과 임상실습만족도는 13.3% (β=.248), 자기효능감은 38.6 %(β=.570)가 예측요인이었고 총 44.% 진로태도성숙도에 영향을 미치는 요인으로 나타났다. 따 라서 간호대학생들의 자기효능감을 높일 수 있는 프로그램과 임상실습만족도를 높일 수 있는 방안이 요구된다.
