1) We have analyzed the impact of the cooperative learning style on study satisfaction, educational performance and on the mediating effects of learning attitude. We conducted a survey from students taking the computerized tax accounting qualification acquisition program and the intermediate financial accounting class. A regression analysis was used to test the hypothesis using SPSSWIN 23.0 and a sobel test was conducted for mediating effect’s significance. The result showed that the cooperative learning style had a significantly positive effect on study satisfaction and educational performance and the learning attitude had a mediating effect at this time. Students with a high level of cooperative learning style shares knowledge, information, opportunity with other students, therefore study satisfaction and educational performance has enhanced. A cooperative and positive mind has improved learning attitude as well, for this reason the learning attitude had a mediating effect. Though accounting is a socially and economically important discipline, several students have difficulty studying accounting. This study presents empirical evidence that one of the ways to interestingly study accounting is enhance the cooperative learning style and a positive learning attitude. and we suggest a teaching method of team-based learning, cooperative learning, collaborative learning on cooperative learning style.

본 연구는 회계학 수강생의 협동적 학습양식이 수업만족도와 교육성과에 미치는 영향과 학습태 도가 매개적 역할을 수행하는지를 알아보고 시사점을 제공하고자 하였다. 연구의 대상은 전산세무 회계 자격취득 프로그램 수강생과 중급재무회계 수강생을 대상으로 실시되었고 가설검증을 위한 통 계분석으로 SPSSWIN 23.0을 이용한 회귀분석과 매개효과의 유의성을 검증하기 위하여 sobel test 를 사용하였다. 연구의 결과, 협동적 학습양식은 수업만족도와 교육성과에 통계적으로 유의한 정(+)의 효과가 있 는 것으로 나타났고 이때 학습태도는 매개효과를 보이고 있었다. 즉, 협동적 학습양식 수준이 높은 학습자는 지식이나 정보, 기회 등을 다른 학습자와 공유하고 협력함으로써 수업만족도와 교육성과 가 높아지고, 학습과제에 대해서 긍정적인 자아개념과 가정을 지니게 되어 학습태도를 향상시키면 서 매개역할을 수행한 것으로 보인다. 본 연구는 회계학이 사회적·경제적 중요한 학문임에도 불구하고 일부의 학생들이 회계학을 어렵 게 느껴 기피하는 현상을 해소할 수 있는 방안을 모색하였고 협동적 학습양식을 통하여 학습태도를 개선시킬 것과 교수방법으로 학생들의 협동적 학습양식이 기반이 되는 학습자 중심의 협동적이고 참여적인 팀 기반 학습, 협동학습, 협력학습 등을 제안한다.
