The Regional Culture Promotion Act was enacted in 2014. The Regional Culture Promotion Acteliminates the cultural gap between regions and aims to improve the diversity of local cultures, improve the quality of life of local residents, create living culture conditions, and preserve the original patterns unique to local culture. The Regional Culture Promotion Act also provided the basis for establishing the Cultural Foundation, an Intermediary Organization. This paper is an analysis of the provisions and meanings of The Regional Culture Promotion Act to present the role of the Cultural Foundation as an Intermediary Organization. Through this process, the Cultural Foundation concluded that the management of various non-artical fields, governance, and fusion was necessary as well as art.

지역문화진흥법은 2014년에 제정되었다. 지역문화진흥법은 지역 간 문화격차를 없애고 지역문화의 다양성, 지역주민의 삶의 질 향상, 생활문화 여건 조성, 지역문화 고유한 원형의 보존을 원칙으로 하고 있다. 그리고 지역문화 진흥법을 통해 중간지원조직인 문화재단의 설립근거가 명시되었다. 본 논문은 중간지원조직으로서 문화재단의 역할을 제시하기 위해 지역문화진흥법의 조항과 의미를 분석한 연구이다. 이를 통해 문화재단은 예술은 물론, 비예술적인 다 양한 분야와 협치, 융합을 우선하는 운영이 필요하다는 결론을 도출하였다.

    Ever since next generation convergence technology became one of the most important industries in the nation, computing professionals have encountered a growing number of challenges. Along with scholars and colleagues in related fields, they have gathered in avariety of forums and meetings over the last few decades to share their knowledge, experiences and the outcome of their research. These exchanges have led to the founding of the International Next-generation Convergence technology (INCA) on December 1, 2015. INCA was registered as an incorporated association under the Ministry of Information and Communications. The main purpose of the organization is to improve our society by achieving the highest capability possible in next generation convergence technology.
