The purpose of this study was to see the self-efficacy. This study selected 5th-6th grade in elementary school, then divided into an experimental group of 10 students and a control group of 10 students and a total of 10 sessions were given to the experimental group only. These results showed positive change in subordinate variable such as preference level to subjects and self-control efficacy.

본 연구의 목적은 자기효능감에 영향을 미치는 자신감, 자기조절효능감, 과제난이도 프로그램이 자기효능감에 어떠한 영향을 미치는가를 보는 것이다. 이 연구는 초등학교 5.6 학년을 대상으로 실험 집단 10명과 통제 집단 10명으 로 나누어 총 10 회의 프로그램을 실시했으며, 그 결과는 실험집단에 긍정적인 변화를 보여, 학습에 대해 소극적이고 부정적인 학생들에게 할 수 있다는 자신감을 갖게 하고, 자기목표에 따라서 자신의 행동을 조정하고 개선하려는 자기 조절효능감 요인도 향상되었으며, 과제난이도 선호는 과제 수준을 도전적이고 구체적으로 선택하여 회피하려고만 하던 기존의 모습과는 다른 모습을 보여주었다.

The main purpose of the organization is to improve our society by achieving the highest capability possible in next generation convergence technology.
