This study intended to design an optical system with various view angles by commonizing aspherical optical system to reduce manufacturing cost. To design commonized optical system, it is necessary to design low-distortion optical system which becomes the standard. Low-distortion optical system was composed in 2G2P structure. The same material was applied to all view angles for both glass lens and plastic lens in order to reduce design and manufacturing costs. The aspherical lens was normalized for all view angles merely by changing the shape of the spacer, the mechanical element. It was possible to determine the effect of reducing manufacturing and designing costs through the commonization of glass lens and aspherical lens.

본 논문은 제조비용 절감을 위한 비구면 광학계를 공용화하여 다양한 화각을 갖는 광학계를 설계를 목표로 하 였다. 공용화 광학계 설계를 위해서는 기준이 되는 저 왜곡 광학계 설계가 요구된다. 저 왜곡 광학계는 2G2P 배치로 구성하였다. 설계, 제조비용 절감을 위해 Glass 렌즈와 Plastic 렌즈의 소재는 모든 화각에 동일 소재를 적용하였다. 비 구면 렌즈는 기구적 요소인 Spacer의 형상변경만으로 전 화각에 공용화하였다. Glass 렌즈 소재의 공용화와 비구면 렌 즈의 공용화를 통해 제조 및 설계비용의 절감에 대한 결과를 확인할 수 있었다.
