Project delay is one of the most crucial impact factors in the construction process from a schedule and cost management perspective. This study was performed by analysis of the schedule delay of the apartment construction project. To perform this study, it was reviewed that existing research literature on the cause of the schedule delay. And this study conducted delay factors by each of main construction process such as earth work, structure work, masonry work, window/door work, and interior finish work. This study investigated the causes of schedule delays through a literature review and construction personnel. The results indicates that the delay factors are different depending on the work types, and the most effective cause is weather. Then, future studies will require various studies on other regions.

프로젝트 지연은 일정 및 비용 관리 측면에서 건설 프로세스에 가장 중요한 영향을 미치는 요인 중 하나이다. 본 연구는 공동 주택 건설 사업의 공기 지연에 대한 분석을 다루고 있다. 이 연구를 수행하기 위해 일정지연의 원인에 대한 기존 연구 문헌을 검토하였고 토공사, 골조 공사, 조적 공사, 창호 공사, 내부마감공사와 같은 주요 공정별 공기지 연 원인을 대상으로 본 연구를 수행하였다. 그리고 문헌 검토 및 시공 담당자와의 협의를 통하여 공기 지연의 원인을 조사, 분석하였다. 그 결과 작업종류에 따라 공기지연의 원인이 다르게 나타나는 것을 확인할 수 있었으며, 특히 기후 로 인한 지연이 가장 높은 원인임을 파악할 있었다. 추후 연구로는 타 지역에 대한 다양한 연구가 필요할 것으로 보여 진다.
