- In recent years, the use of smartphones is becoming more common with the pace of development of society, and the development of technologies utilizing smartphones is proceeding rapidly. Although most LBS technologies are used in combination with a GPS system, there is a disadvantage that it is difficult to receive GPS signals according to the characteristics of buildings. Therefore, in this paper we conducted a study on the smartphone users’ indoor position estimation only using the built-in sensor of smartphone without a connection with smart devices, and it showed that the accuracy was increased.
