This study is a qualitative case study on the Influence of cooperative relation between church and Maeul Community, in which contained cooperative relation and subjective participation of church members based on relationship of pliability, intimacy, equality. In these two cases studies, I research on narratives that how they can build a church and Maeul community. Above all, I studied on cooperative relationship of living together with weakness that is different basically from secular education. And also it contains singularity of relationship in church community, which show living together beyond private intimacy and family egoism but as whole generations living together. Especially, I explained a concept of cooperative relationship of living together with weakness as singularity of christian education, which is against secular educational aims, activity and ideology that implied some characters as growth oriented, aim achievement oriented, task achievement oriented, and achievement priority etc. Though we can feel church community is not grow for numeral church growth that work toward cooperative relationship of living together with weakness, but it against ideology of numeric church growth, that is, cooperative church can build a sustainable and wide spread living community as I know. And a narrative of whole generations living together that contained recovery of the wounded people due to closing communication between generation to generation, which shows Jesus’ positive activity as like close coming to the wounded and suffered people. I found that equality of relationship make a dynamic church community for missio Dei(mission of God), and it also leads all church members to make the cooperative and subjective participants. Subjective participation of community members are showed internalization of faith, and in the course of wide spreading subjective participation, they realized it confessional conversion event that it is an experience of presence of kingdom of God. Through breaking boundaries and knowing an importance of weakness, and when church members realize dynamics of de-centering, they build their church as a missional and public church together. Pastor’s leadership of equality of relationship make their church community more dynamically, and it helps church members have faith more deeply and to lead conversional experience. Finally, cooperative relationship as subjective participation is a God’s grace comes from dynamic relationship between God and man.

본 연구는 관계의 유연성 친밀성, 수평성을 기초로 한 교회공동체 구성원들의 협력적 관계와 주체적 참여가 교회와 마을공동체에 어떠한 영향을 미치는가에 대한 질적사례연구이다. 두 개의 교회의 사례에서 보여 지는 공통점을 기반으로 교회와 마을공동체를 만들어가는 이야기를 살펴보았다. 우선 교회공동체에서 보이는 협력관계의 특이성을 친밀성과 가족이기주의를 뛰어 넘는 전 세대 간 살아내기, 그리고 일반교육과는 근본방향이 다른 약함과 함께 살아내는 협력관계를 살펴보았다. 특히 약함의 협력관계는 성장지향적, 목적지향적, 과제수행적, 성과우선적인 성장이데올로기에 편승한 교육목적과는 상반되는 교육적 관계로서 기독교교육이 갖는 특이성이라 말할 수 있다. 성장 이데올로기를 거부하고 약함을 위한 협력의 공동체로 향하고자 하는 교회공동체가 더딜 것 같지만 오히려 지속적이고 확산적인 생명공동체를 만들어간다는 것을 알 수 있었다. 그리고 전 세대가 함께 살아내는 이야기는 세대 간 단절된 대화와 소통의 문을 열며 상처받은 자들에 대한 예수의 다가섬, 함께 고난당하심의 적극적인 활동임을 보여주고 있다. 그리고 협력적 관계에서 가장 중요한 전제가 되는 관계의 수평성이 하나님의 선교하는 공동체를 더욱 역동적으로 만들며 모든 활동에 있어서 설계도를 공유하는 수평적 관계가 더욱 주체적인 참여로서의 협력을 이끌고 있다는 사실을 알 수 있었다. 공동체 구성원의 주체적 참여는 마을로 확산되는 과정에서 신앙의 내면화 현상이 나타나며 모임과 활동 가운데 하나님나라의 임재를 경험하는 고백적 회심의 과정을 나타내고 있음을 알 수 있었다. 경계를 허물고 서로의 협력을 통해 약함의 소중함과 탈중심적 역동성을 구성원들 자신이 알아갈 때 어느새 교회 공동체는 선교하는 공적공동체의 위상을 정립해 나가고 있었다. 또한 목회자의 수평적 리더십이 교회공동체를 더욱 역동적으로 만들며 공동체 구성원의 신앙적 내면화와 회심의 과정을 구체적으로 돕는다. 결국 주체적 참여로서의 협력적 관계는 하나님과 인간, 두 상관항의 역동적인 상호작용에서 나오는 근원적인 하나님의 은총임을 알 수 있었다.
