In this paper, we adopted the cobb-dauglas production function as the theoretical model to study the relationship of foreign direct investment, domestic investment , human capital and China's economic growth by using the panel data from 1998 to 2016 in 30 provinces and cities of China. The results show that there is a significant correlation between domestic investment and China's economic growth, which plays a significant role in promoting economic growth in eastern, central and western China .Human capital also plays a catalytic role in the economic growth effects of FDI. However, there are significant differences in the impact of FDI on China's regional economic development. FDI plays the most significant role in promoting economic growth in western China, followed by eastern regions, while domestic investment in central regions has a certain “crowding out effect”.

본 논문에서는 Cobb-Dauglas 생산함수를 이론적 모형으로 사용하여 1998 년부터 2016 년까지 중국의 30개 성 및 도시에서 패널 데이터를 사용하여 외국인 직접 투자, 국내 투자, 인적 자본 및 중국 경제 성장 간의 관계를 연구했다. 그 결과 중국의 동부, 중부 및 서부 지역의 경제 성장을 촉진하는 데 중요한 역할을 하는 국내 투자와 인적 자본 및 중국 경제 성장 간에는 상당한 상관 관계가 있음을 보여주었다. 그러나 중국의 지역 경제 발전에 대한 외국인 직접 투자의 영향에는 상당한 차이가 있음을 발견하였다. FDI는 중국 서부 지역의 경제 성장에 가장 큰 영향을 미쳤고 동부 지역 다음으로 중부 지역에서의 국내 투자에 대한 “구축효과”가 있었다.
