This paper is about the development of a mobile browser based on user location to browse the location based Linked Open Data. Our browser is based on the current location of the user, the data of DBpedia, and the type of Linked Open Data. This browser provides a function to search the surrounding DBpedia objects and to check that information, and provides a function to search other Linked Open Data through a link. Linked Open Data can be used as a way to utilize Big Data, which is of increasing importance today, to share information on the Web, link it with other information, and reuse it. Our DBpedia can be used as a starting point for exploring Linked Open Data. DBpedia has information on various fields and various entities, including datasets related to places. In this study, we developed a browser to display information about the surrounding objects on the map using the location information service of the smartphone, and to search information about the object and additional semantic information.
