In this paper, we try to implement the LED display control system for representing the manufacturing processes variously in industrial plants. To quickly pass a situation which may occur in the field has become important in the recent work according to the growth of the industry adopting various automated systems. Therefore, the system for sharing information between t0he operator and the manager through the monitoring and smooth communication is required. Accordingly, we propose the system for delivering real time messages between processes in hazardous or necessary situations. This system produced by ATmega2560, utilizing core, and a WiFi module and server is focused on solving existing display pannel which is unable to output variously and the load, the result of various transformation processes needed in outputting a character to the embedded core required for the display pannel. This system has two significant advantages. One thing is that users can easily manage the system through the server without having to manually input the output of the multi-display board. The other one helps the server manager be able to easily change the output font or mode by managing central control server and deliver various messages efficiently by taking the advantage of the low power output of LED. The manager in the control program having a number of output techniques can easily output and control the message.
