This Study on the Satisfaction of Sports Welfare Facilities and Programs for Community Residents in Seoul City. I tried to verify the data is available to residents who use the sports welfare facilities of the community center in Seoul Metropolitan City. In this case 400 people out of 425 were collected. Data processing was conducted using the SPSS 20.0 program and the characteristics of the survey target, the adequacy and reliability of the survey tools and the service fairness, Frequency analysis, exploratory factor analysis and reliability analysis, correlation and Multiple regression was performed. A study on the effect of sports welfare facilities on the satisfaction of local residents. In order to convenience and comfort of sports welfare facilities, it was revealed that there was a statistically significant effect. appear negative Second, after analyzing the impact of sports programs on the satisfaction of local residents, It turned out to be influential.

본 연구는 서울지역 내 공공 복지시설의 이용하는 지역주민을 대상으로 스포츠 복지시설 및 프로그램의 만족 도를 검증하고자 하였다. 따라서 서울지역 내 주민자치센터 스포츠 복지시설을 이용하는 주민들을 대상으로 자료를 수집하였다. 회수된 425명의 자료 중 무성의하게 응답한 25명의 자료를 제외한 400명의 자료를 최종 분석에 활용하였 다. 자료처리는 SPSS 20.0 프로그램을 이용하였으며, 조사대상자 특성, 조사도구의 타당도 및 신뢰도 검증, 서비스 공 정성, 만족도, 신뢰 간의 관계 및 영향력을 알아보기 위하여 빈도분석, 탐색적 요인분석 및 신뢰도 분석, 상관분석과 단순 및 다중회귀 분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과, 첫째, 스포츠 복지시설이 지역주민의 만족에 미치는 영향에 대해 분석한 결 과 스포츠 복지시설의 편리성, 쾌적성 순으로 통계적으로 유의한 영향이 있는 것으로 나타났으며, 복지시설의 충분성은 부정적으로 나타났다. 둘째, 스포츠 프로그램이 지역주민 만족에 미치는 영향에 대해 분석한 결과 통계적으로 유의한 영향이 있는 것으로 나타났다.
