This paper aims to discuss the related issues and their solutions for the construction of new corpus corpora. In other words, we have examined the following issues to construct a new spoken corpus. First, we summarized the domestic and foreign corporation corpus construction business. And second we have summarized the examples of use of corpus in various fields and the issues in construction. Finally, we discussed specific measures to solve these issues. A study of corpus that can represent the spoken language of modern Korean is also necessary. But at the present time, I constructed the new corpus map in order to supplement the Sejong spoken corpus so that it can be used in connection with the Sejong spoken corpus. The level of the transcription was based on the orthographic transcription, but it seemed necessary to parallel the partial phoneme transcription to show the characteristics of the spoken language. The transcription tool suggested using Elan to synchronize voice and text. Finally, we discussed how to write a consent form for the distribution of corpus.
