This is a primitive experimental study to find effects of 10 times classwide peer tutoring on academic achievement, self-leadership and interpersonal ability of nursing students. According to the results of Mann-Whitney U and Kruskal-Wallis test using SPSS/WIN 19.0, the motive of admission was the factor affecting the most mean ranks related to general characteristics. There were significant differences between academic achievements, cognitive strategy, and promoting relationships(p<.001; p=.020; p=.040), and there was a positive correlation between self-leadership and interpersonal ability(r=.296, p=.041) in Wilcoxon Signed Ranked test. As results of this study, the classwide peer tutoring could be applied in nursing classes for enhancing students' competence, but the researcher suggests further researches with wider range of subjects and setting control group.

본 연구는 10회의 전학급동료교수학습이 간호대학생의 학업성취와 셀프리더십 및 대인관계능력에 미치는 효과 확인을 위한 원시실험연구로, 수집된 자료를 SPSS/WIN 19.0으로 Mann-Whitney U와 Kruskal-Wallis 검정 결과, 변수의 평균 순위값의 영향요인은 입학동기였다. Wilcoxon Signed Ranked Test 결과, 실험처치 전후 전학급동료교수학습은 학업성취에 유의한 효과가 있었고(p<.001), 셀프리더십의 하위영역 중 인지적 전략과, 대인관계능력의 하위영역 중 관계촉진의 평균순위값에 유의한 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났으며(p=.020; p=.040), 셀프리더십과 대인관계능력 간 양의 상관관계가 있었다(r=.296, p=.041). 본 연구 결과 전학급동료교수학습은 간호대학생들의 학업성취도를 향상시켰고, 셀프리더십과 대인관계능력에 효과가 있는 중재로 볼 수 있으나, 대상자 수를 확대하고, 대조군을 설정한 유사실험연구로 실험결과를 재확인하는 연구를 제언한다.
