In this paper, fire hazards are analyzed through multiple and repetitive experiments on heating films with increasing electricity usage in winter and countermeasures are presented accordingly. We visited the manufacturing site to understand the production process and studied the defects of the products through temperature analysis using equipment such as temperature data collector and experiments in various environmental conditions. The possibility of overheating due to defects and the temperature change under general environmental conditions were observed and the possibility of damage due to deterioration was confirmed by extreme environmental tests such as high temperature and high humidity.In addition, it was concluded that there is sufficient possibility of ignition due to carelessness such as contact failure, shooting of heating film, breakage, etc. Based on these results, we propose to implement the electrical appliance safety certification system for semifinished products using electricity. In addition, we will provide administrative guidance and publicity to manufacturers, as well as contractors and users, so that safety is given top priority.
