The purpose of this study is to apply the NCS - based curriculum in the sports field and to diagnose the problems and to develop curriculum for training the sports industry professionals required by the times. The research procedure to achieve this research objective is as follows. In the first stage, drafts for the development of customized curriculum for the sports industry were prepared through review of literature on sports industry and NCS. The second phase consists of the steps of preparing the amendments to the primary sports industry curriculum through individual interviews with experts in the sports industry, professors in the sports industry, and field experts. In the third stage, As a validation step of the process, we calculated the weight of curriculum elements. The results of applying the above research method are as follows. First, the importance of the curriculum was in the order of practice - centered, environment - changing, step - by - step, specialization center, and certification. Second, communication, problem solving, and information ability were the most important factors in the importance of job basic ability.Third, competency unit importance was in the order of sports event, sports agent, and sports information management.

이 연구는 스포츠산업 맞춤형 교육과정 개발을 위해 국가직무능력표준(NCS:(NCS: National Competency Standards)을 적용하여 스포츠산업 교육과정 개발을 통해 현 시대가 요구하는 스포츠산업 전문인력을 양성하는데 도 움을 주고자 하는 목적으로 수행되었다. 연구 목적을 달성하기 위한 연구 절차는 다음과 같다. 첫 번째 단계에서는 스포 츠 산업 및 NCS에 관한 문헌을 검토하여 스포츠 산업을 위한 맞춤식 커리큘럼을 개발하는 초안을 마련하였다. 두 번째 단계는 스포츠 업계의 전문가, 스포츠 업계의 교수 및 현장 전문가와의 개별 인터뷰를 통해 기본 스포츠 산업 커리큘럼 의 준비안을 모색하였다. 세 번째 단계에서는 프로세스의 유효성 검사 단계로서 커리큘럼 요소의 가중치를 계산하였다. 이상과 같은 연구 방법을 적용한 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 커리큘럼의 중요성은 실습 중심, 환경 변화, 단계별, 전문화 센터 및 인증 순이었다. 둘째, 의사 소통, 문제 해결, 정보 능력이 직업 기본 능력의 중요성에서 가장 중요한 요인이다. 역량 단위의 중요성은 스포츠 이벤트, 스포츠에이젼트, 스포츠 정보 관리 순이다.
