In order to clarify the relationship between the selection properties, leisure satisfaction, and selection behavior of sailing yacht club members, a questionnaire survey was conducted on 227 sailing yacht club members. Data were analyzed by frequency, exploratory factor analysis, reliability test, correlation analysis and multiple regression analysis using SPSS 21.0 statistical program, and the following conclusions were obtained. First, the correlation between selection property, leisure satisfaction, and selection behavior of sailing yacht club members showed that the convenience was positively correlated with physical satisfaction, facility satisfaction, and word of mouth intention. Efficiency showed positive correlation with physical satisfaction, psychological satisfaction, social satisfaction, revisit intention, and word of mouth intention. Safety showed positive correlation with physical satisfaction and psychological satisfaction. Second, among the selection properties of sailing yacht club members, convenience and safety had a positive impact on physical satisfaction, and safety had a statistically significant impact on psychological satisfaction. In addition, convenience and efficiency had a positive impact on facility satisfaction, and efficiency had a negative impact on social satisfaction. Third, among the selection properties of sailing yacht club members, convenience had a positive influence on revisit intention, and efficiency and safety had a positive influence on word of mouth intention.

이 연구는 세일링 요트 동호인의 선택속성과 여가만족 및 선택행도의 관계를 규명하기 위하여 세일링 요트 동호 인 227명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 설문에 대한 자료처리는 SPSS 21.0 통계프로그램을 이용하여 빈도분 석, 탐색적 요인분석, 신뢰도 검증, 상관관계분석, 다중회귀분석을 실시하여 다음과 같은 결론을 얻었다. 첫째, 세일링 요트 동호인의 선택속성과 여가만족 및 선택행동의 상관관계를 분석한 결과 편리성은 신체만족, 시설만족, 구전의도에 정적 상관관계가 나타났다. 효율성은 신체만족, 심리만족, 사교만족, 재방문의도, 구전의도에 정적 상관관계가 나타났 다. 안전성은 신체만족, 심리만족에 정적 상관관계가 나타났다. 둘째, 세일링 요트 동호인의 선택속성 중 편리성과 안전 성은 신체만족에 정적 영향력을 미쳤으며, 안전성은 심리만족에 정적 영향력을 미쳤다. 또한 편리성과 효율성은 시설만 족에 정적 영향력을 미쳤으며, 효율성은 사교만족에 부적 영향력을 미쳤다. 셋째, 세일링 요트 동호인의 선택속성 중 편 리성은 재방문의도에 정적 영향력을 미쳤으며, 효율성과 안전성은 구전의도에 정적 영향력을 미쳤다.
