A Convergence study was conducted to investigate the factors influencing the health-related quality of life in patients with chronic neck pain and to present a strategy for effective program development. The participants of this study were 92 patients with chronic neck pain in a region and collected data by self-reported questionnaire. Data were analyzed using PASW 18.0 program, that descriptive statistics, t-test, ANOVA, correlation analysis and stepwise multiple regression analysis were performed. According to the results of stepwise multiple regression, the identified influencing factors were disability(β=-.403, p<.001), depression(β=-.313, p<.001), age(β=-.194, p=.008), muscle disorder(β=-.176, p=.009), education(β=-.151, p=.043) with health-related quality of life in patients with chronic neck pain. The explanatory power(R2) by 5 variables was 67.1%(F=38.118, p<.001). It was found that it is important to consider the individual characteristics, physical function improvement and psychological support for improving the health-related quality of life in patients with chronic neck pain. Therefore, it is necessary to develop a health promotion program based on the factors influencing on the health-related quality of life and analyze its application effect.

연구목적은 만성 경부통증 환자의 건강관련 삶의 질 영향요인을 파악하고, 이를 기반으로 향후 효과적인 프로그램 개발을 위한 전략을 제시하고자 시도된 융합연구이다. 연구대상자는 일 지역의 만성경부통증 환자 92명을 편의표집 하였으 며, 자가보고식 설문지를 이용하여 자료수집하였다. 자료분석은 PASW 18.0 프로그램을 이용하여 t-test, ANOVA, 상관분 석과 단계적 회귀분석을 시행하였다. 연구결과, 만성경부통증 환자의 건강관련 삶의 질에 미치는 영향요인은 기능장애(β =-.403, p<.001), 우울(β=-.313, p<.001), 연령(β=-.194, p=.008), 근력 이상(β=-.176, p=.009), 교육수준(β=-.151, p=.043)으로 이들의 설명력은 67.1%였다(F=38.118, p<.001). 이를 토대로 만성경부통증 환자의 건강관련 삶의 질 향상을 위해 개인특성 을 고려한 신체적 기능향상과 심리적 지지가 중요함을 확인하였다. 따라서 이와 같은 건강관련 삶의 질에 미치는 영향요인 들을 기반으로 건강증진 프로그램 개발 및 적용효과를 분석하는 연구가 필요하다.
