This study focused on analysing the effects of working performance and it’s affecting factors of disabled workers with assistive technologies. We used the survey of KEAD ‘2013 Assistive Technologies and Service Satisfaction’ and the findings as follows : First, the satisfaction of ‘Weight’ in assistive technologies(below ‘AT’), the satisfaction of ‘Contents of information by agency’ in service, and the satisfaction of ‘Productivity’ in working performance were relatively less than any other factors. Second, the effects of working performance with AT were higher in case of lower degree of disability, engaged in 3rd industries and the higher satisfaction of AT itself, service and supporting system of AT. Therefore, the influence of related variables should be increase in short-term through the more positive AT policy in order to enhance the effects of working performance. In long-term, the relative lower satisfaction should be more improved irrespective of disability degree and engaged industries. In conclusion, it is necessary of improving AT supply and supporting systems to increase the effects of working performance for disabled workers. Recently customized welfare policy system was executed in public assistance schemes. Likewise AT policy should be considered the individual characteristics of workers with disabilities and customized AT service should be strengthened by introducing and revitalizing so-called expert service center of AT.

본 연구는 보조공학기기를 사용하고 있는 장애인근로자의 작업수행 효과와 그 영향 요인이 무엇인가를 고찰해보고, 개선방안을 모색해보는데 있다. 분석을 위해 장애인고용공단의 ‘2013년 보조공학기기 및 서비 스 만족도 조사’ 자료를 활용하였으며, 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 보조공학기기 자체에 대한 만족도 영역에서도 ‘무게 만족’ 영역 점수가 상대적으로 낮았으며, 지원 서비스 영역별 만족도 ‘공단의 정보 내용’ 영역의 만족도가 가장 낮았다. 한편, 작업수행 효과영역에서도 생산성 향상에 대한 변화 인식이 가장 적은 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 보조공학기기의 작업수행 효과는 장애정도가 중증일수록, 3차 산업에 종사하는 경우, 보조공학기기 자체 만족도, 서비스 및 지원제도 만족도가 높을수록 큰 것으로 나타났다. 그러므로 단기적으로 보조공 학기기 사용의 작업 효과를 향상시키기 위해서는 관련 변인들에 영향을 줄 수 있는 적극적인 정책이 요구 되고 있다. 한편, 장기적으로 경증장애인이나 1·2차 산업에 종사하는 장애인근로자등에게도 작업 효과가 나 타날 수 있도록 보조공학기기 관련 정책들이 마련되어야 할 것이다. 결론적으로, 보조공학기기의 작업수행 효과를 개선시키기 위해서는 지원서비스 전달체계 개선은 물론 맞춤제작 보조공학기기의 보급지원이 활성화될 수 있도록 제도개선을 해야 할 것이다. 더구나, 맞춤형 사회 보장제도의 실시와 발을 맞추어 보조공학기기 지원 분야에서도 장애인의 개별특성에 맞는 보조공학기기 서비스 전문화가 강화되어야 할 것이다.
