The purpose of this study is to present a new direction and model of youth entrepreneurship education in the midst of the rapidly changing fourth industrial revolution. As per the capabilities of human beings, required in the era of 4th industrial revolution, the ability of complementary and complex functions is emphasized rather than fragmentary knowledge and abilities, especially focusing on creativity, communication, cooperation, critical thinking through creativity and collaboration. The purpose of this study is to suggest a more practical youth entrepreneurship education framework that can be applied to the educational field by applying the design thinking method that focuses on competency development and creative problem solving. The "LETD education framework" consists of a training model designed in the form of three-dimensional orthogonal coordinates and a pool of skill modules related to the fourth industrial revolution by borrowing a module categorizing the level-level, design-thinking process, and entrepreneurial components of learners. The LETD education framework presented in this study has a flexible structure of education methods and process for each level of entrepreneurship education and purpose, and it is designed to enhance complex knowledge and problem solving ability.

본 연구는 빠르게 변화하고 있는 4차 산업혁명시대에 청소년 기업가정신 교육의 새로운 방향 과 모형을 제시하는데 주요 목적이 있다. 4차 산업혁명 시대에 필요로 하는 인재는 단편적인 지 식과 능력보다는 상호보완적, 복합적인 기능의 역량을 강조하고 있으며 특히 창의력, 소통과 협 업능력, 비판적 사고를 통한 ‘복잡한 문제의 해결 능력’을 가장 중요시 하고 있다. 4차 산업혁명 시대를 대응하는 교육의 방향은 도전정신, 협력, 혁신, 창의성을 기르는 청소년 기업가정신 교육 과 그 맥락을 같이 하므로 창의역량 개발과 창의적 문제해결 중심의 디자인 씽킹 방법론을 적용 하여 교육 현장에 적용이 가능하고 보다 실용적인 청소년 기업가정신 교육 프레임워크를 제시하 고자 한다. 본 연구에서 제시한 ‘LETD교육프레임워크’는 학습자의 수준별 단계와 디자인씽킹의 프로세스 그리고 기업가정신의 구성요소를 범주화한 모듈을 차용하여 3차원 직교좌표 형태로 설계한 교육 모형과 함께 4차 산업혁명과 관련된 ‘기술모듈 풀(pool)’로 구성되어 있는 유연하고 확장성과 응용성이 강화된 기업가정신 교육 모형이다. LETD교육프레임워크가 시대를 대비하는 인재양성의 효과적인 대안이자 시의성 있는 교육모형으로써 교육 현장에서 유용하게 검토 및 활 용될 수 있기를 기대한다.
