- The purpose of this study was to analyze the effects of story sharing activity using six thinking hats on young children's creativity and verbal expression abilities. The subject of this study were 52 young children who attended a kindergarten in Busan. The experimental group participated in story sharing activity using six thinking hats while the comparison group participated in the regular activity. Data were analyzed by ANCOVA. Results showed that there were significant differences between the experimental group and the comparison group in post-test scores. The results suggested that story sharing activity using six thinking hats would be more effective to develop young children's creativity and verbal expression abilities.
