In recent years, the average age of Korean teenagers has been decreasing, and the number of crime again and violent crimes has increased. Although there are many causes for juvenile delinquency, many scholars point out that parental rearing attitude is very important as an environmental factor, and depression is also an important factor. In addition, depression as an emotional and psychological problem in adolescents has been associated with negative parenting attitudes such as excessive attention, neglect, and abuse in many studies. The results of this study are as follows. First, the relationship between parenting attitudes, depression, and delinquent behaviors was examined. First, in order to verify the mediating effects of depressive mood on parents 'neglected parenting attitude and behavior of delinquent behaviors, regression analysis and Sobel' s test according to three step procedure were conducted. As a result, Partially mediated effects were found. Second, in order to verify the mediating effect of depression on parental abuse parenting attitude and delinquent behavior relationship, regression analysis and Sobel 's test according to three step procedure were conducted. As a result, depression in the relationship between abusive parenting attitude and delinquent behavior Partially mediated effects were found.

최근 우리나라 청소년의 비행 행태를 보면, 그 평균연령이 점차 낮아지고 있으며 재범 및 강력범죄 등이 증가하고 있는 추세이다. 청소년 비행에는 여러 가지 원인이 있겠지만 많은 학자들이 환경적 요인으로서 가정내 부모의 양육태도가 매우 중요함을 지적하고 있으며 우울 또한 중요한 요인이라고 하고 있다. 또한 청소년기 정서적, 심리적 문제로서의 우울은 많은 연구들에서 부모의 과도한 관심이나 방임, 학대 등의 부정적인 양육태도와 관련이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 이에 본 연구에서는 부모의 양육태도, 우울 및 비행행동은 관련이 있을 것이라고 보고 부모의 양육태도가 비행행동에 미치는 영향에서 우울의 매개효과를 살펴보고자 하였으며 그 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 부모의 방임적 양육태도와 비행행동 관계에서 우울의 매개효과를 검증하기 위하여, 3단계 절차에 따른 회귀분석과 Sobel 검증을 실시하였으며, 그 결과 방임적 양육태도와 비행행동의 관계에서 우울은 부분매개 효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 부모의 학대적 양육태도와 비행행동 관계에서 우울의 매개효과를 검증하기 위하여, 3단계 절차에 따른 회귀분석과 Sobel 검증을 실시하였으며, 그 결과 학대적 양육태도와 비행행동의 관계에서 우울은 부분매개 효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다.
