In order to practice SW education effectively, various forms of teaching and learning are needed to match the level and preference of students. It is necessary to investigate students' preferences for computer problem solving for the purpose of understanding students' thinking on and providing appropriate practical guidance to students. Therefore we conducted a questionnaire survey of 124 students in G national university of education from grade 1 to 4 in order to analyze students' preference methods and its trends by grade in computer problem solving. As a result of the analysis, the method of direct inquiring to the acquaintance gradually decreased as the grade ascended, and the rate of self - resolution increased gradually as the grade moved up. Especially, the rate of asking a friend decreased significantly as the grade ascended, and the rate of resolving using internet search remarkably increased as the grade moved up.

효율적인 SW 교육 실습을 위해 학생들의 수준과 선호방식에 맞게 다양한 형태의 교수학습방법이 필요하다. 학생들의 컴퓨터 문제해결 선호 방법을 조사하여 학생들의 생각을 파악하고 학생들에게 알맞은 실습지도를 할 필요가 있다. 그러므로 본 논문에서는 컴퓨터 오류 발생시 문제해결을 위한 학생들의 선호 방법과 학년별 경향 을 분석하기 위해 G교육대학교 1∼4학년 학생 124명을 대상으로 설문을 실시하였다. 분석 결과, 지인에게 직접 문의하는 방법은 학년이 올라갈수록 점점 감소하며, 스스로 해결하는 비율은 학년이 올라갈수록 점점 증가하는 추세를 보였다. 특히, 친구에게 물어보는 비율은 학년이 올라갈수록 현저히 감소하였으며, 인터넷 검색으로 해결 하는 비율은 학년이 올라갈수록 현저히 증가하였다.
