Industrial complexes, which have played a pivotal role in the Korean national economy since 1960s, are showing the absolute lack of support site for facilities and infrastructure and deteriorating rapidly in recent years. This study is to examine the characteristics of productivity for general industrial complex, to analyze the characteristics using multiple regression analysis, the correlation between individual variables, and the relations between the industrial complex type and the citywhere the complexes located. As a result, we suggested that that the regeneration plan should be established for an industrial complex that approximately 30 years have passed after the approval of the implementation plan. For industrial complexes, time of regeneration plan, changes in type of business, urban infrastructure should be considered depending on background city characteristics, location characteristics, its own characteristics of each industrial complex.
