The purpose of this study was to find out the achievement indices on urban regeneration project types. Frequency table and Z-scores were used to identify significant indices by project types. Results showed that, first, achievement indices were clearly different between urban economic based regeneration active plan(UEBRAP) and community regeneration active plan(CRAP). In UEBRAP, economic achievements were crucial; however, in CRAP, sociocultural achievements were more importantly considered. Second, in both types of active plan, the number of new jobs, satisfactions of businessman or visitors, residents’ satisfaction, enhancement of old buildings were found as important achievement indices. On the other hand, appraised value on land, the number of member of the merchant, usage of regional history and culture resources, the number of cultural facilities, operating community festival, culture and sightseeing program, the number of extremely small parcel, the size of parks and green space, and the ratio of parcels bordering a road are rarely significant in both UEBRAP and CRAP. This study result is expected to be used for urban regeneration project managers as basic information when they need to decide achievement indices in their urban regeneration projects.
