The purpose of this study was to find out the relationship perceived educational service quality, major satisfaction, needs satisfaction and switching intention of university students majoring in physical education Using a convenience sampling method, 322 students majoring in physical education were selected from universities located in Daegu, Busan, Seoul, and Chungcheongnam-do. Collected data the underwent frequency analysis, exploratory factor analysis, correlations analysis and structural equation model analysis by using SPSS Window 24.0 and AMOS 24.0 programs. The results are the followings. Firstly, it was discovered that the educational service quality had static influence to the major satisfaction. Secondly, major satisfaction statically affected the needs satisfaction. Third, it showed that the major satisfaction gave negative influence to the switching intention. Fourth, it showed that the needs satisfaction gave negative influence to the switching intention.

이 연구는 체육계열 대학생이 지각한 교육서비스품질, 전공만족, 기대충족 및 이탈의도의 관계를 구명하는데 목 적이 있었다. 연구목적을 달성하기 위하여 체육계열 대학생 322명을 편의표집(convenience sampling)하였으며, 수 집된 자료는 SPSS 24.0과 AMOS 24.0 프로그램을 이용하여 빈도분석, 탐색적 요인분석, 신뢰도 분석, 상관관계분석, 구조방정식모형 분석을 실시하였다. 이러한 과정을 통한 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 체육계열 대학생이 지각한 교육서 비스품질은 전공만족에 정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 체육계열 대학생이 지각한 전공만족은 기대충족 에 정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 체육계열 대학생이 지각한 전공만족은 이탈의도에 부적인 영향을 미치 는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 체육계열 대학생이 지각한 기대충족은 이탈의도에 부적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.
