- The insurance brokerage system was developed in the United Kingdom and USA. However, it is essential to introduce insurance brokerage system in Korea due to the liberalization of Korean economy with the settlement of UR Agreement and joined OECD. This purpose of this paper is to survey and compare the international insurance brokerage system between Korea and developed countries. To do this, we first analyse insurance brokerage system for USA, United Kingdom and Japan. Second, we analyse and compare each countries system with Korea, and finally we present the solutions for the introducing brokerage system to Korea.
