- As a result of this study, wage equity and job satisfaction of each group are differences in the contribution of the factors such as sex, age, education, seniority except ability and performance between practicing annual salary system employees and not. And correlation between wage equity and job satisfaction differences are statistically significant. Most of employees perceive that their companies consider their seniority the most important factor in deciding their wage, and their ability and performance not so important on the contrary. In reality they want their companies to consider their ability and performance highest in deciding their wages, seniority secondly, education and age. This fact explains that employees hope that their wage increase should be decided mainly by their performance.
