- This paper examined the productivity promotion for logistics system of firms. Based on the analysis of ninety-two cases, the following results were found. First, it was found that both the primary activities and support activities forces have a positive influences on the productivity of logistics system integration. Second, the production activities and sales activities of primary activities forces have a positive influences on the performance of supply chain management through productivity of logistics system integration. Third, the technology development activities and human resources management of support activities forces have a positive influences on the performance of supply chain management through productivity of logistics system integration.
