- World economy makes rapid progress due to knowledge based economy, globalization, regionalization, and network oriented system. Rapid progress in IT industry and networking. The importance of small business is highlighted as one of the confrontations for these variations. Therefore, the purpose of this survey is groping for the development plan which make the revitalization of the small business support and the higher productivity possible. This survey consists of four chapters. Chapter one is the introduction and deals with the background, the purpose, the method of this study. Chapter two examines the transition of its position, the enlargement of the role, and the present state of the small business. Chapter three is the study about the actual conditions of the support center for small business and the revitalization plan. And Chapter four is the conclusion and presents the results, the limits, and the hereafter assignment of this study.
