The Effects of Women Entrepreneurs Characteristics, Organizational Culture, and Entrepreneurship on Business Performance
The purpose of this study is to examine the factors influencing business performances of women entrepreneurs characteristics, organizational culture, and entrepreneurship. This model tests various theoretical research hypotheses relating to women entrepreneurs, organizational culture, entrepreneurship, and business performance. The proposed model is analyzed to target women entrepreneurs. The result of hypothesis testing are as follows. First, need for achievement and opportunity recognition positively influence entrepreneurship. Second, developmental culture and rational culture positively influence entrepreneurship. Third, entrepreneurship positively influence financial performance and non-financial performance. The results of this study will provide various implications to improve business performance and women’s entrepreneurship in private educational institution.
