It has been confirmed by previous studies that costs can be reduced by about 20% compared to factory production due to overhead and profit savings of plants with transportation costs when the PC member is produced in site. However, in-situ production in a limited space is perceived as very difficult. These negative perceptions can lead to loss of opportunities to improve time and cost issues with productivity. To solve these problems, it is necessary to study the process of systematically carrying out in-situ production of PC members under given conditions. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to propose a process for the efficient in-situ production of precast concrete members. For this study, the case site was selected and the production plan of the PC member site was established. In-situ production was carried out according to the established plans and the results were analyzed. Based on the analyzed results, the authors propose improvements for detail activities and efficient in-situ production process. The results of this study contribute academically to the improvement of the work process to improve the productivity and support the systematic establishment of the in-situ production plan in practice.

PC부재를 현장생산 하는 경우 운송비와 공장의 O&P 절감으로 인해 공장생산 대비 20% 내외의 원가를 절감 될 수 있는 것은 기존의 연구로 확인되었다. 그러나 아직 제한된 공간에서 현장 생산하는 것은 매우 어려운 것으로 인식되고 있다. 이러한 부정적 인식은 공기, 원가 및 생산성을 개선할 기회를 상실할 수 있다. 이러한 문제를 해결하기 위하여 주어진 조건 하에서 PC부재의 현장생산을 체계적으로 수행하는 프로세스 연구가 필요하다. 따라서 본 연구의 목적은 프리캐스트 콘크리트 부재의 효율적 생산을 위한 프로세스를 제안하는 것이다. 본 연구를 위해 사례현장을 선정하여 PC부재 현장생산 계획을 수립하였다. 수립된 계획에 따라 현장생산을 수행하고, 그 결과를 분석하였다. 분석된 내용을 바탕으로 세부작업(detail activities)별 개선사항과 효율적 현장생산 프로세스를 제안하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 생산성 향상을 위한 work process 개선 연구에 학문적으로 기여하고, 실무적으로 현장생산 계획의 체계적 수립을 지원한다.
