Recently, the youth unemployment becomes the significant social problems and various industryuniversity cooperation projects those reflect the job site oriented education are planned and fulfilled at the university in order to help graduates to get the job easily. These efforts, however, becomes job hunting failure or suffers lots of trials and errors without reflecting the correct circumstances of the job market properly. In this paper, we propose the business model for training the 4th grade students as a job site oriented software engineers in BLE fields through tight industry-university cooperation and fulfill the related project. After then, we search for the problems and failure factors of the business model through the correspondence strategy analysis for weaknesses and threat factors and propose the improved and successful business model.

최근 청년 실업 문제가 심각한 사회적 문제로 대두되면서, 대학 졸업자에 대한 원활한 사회 진출에 도움이 될 수 있도록 대학을 중심으로 졸업자에 대한 현장중심 맞춤형 교육과 산업현장에서 요구하는 경험중심 인재상을 반영한 다양한 산학협력 프로젝트가 기획되어 실시되고 있다. 그러나 이러한 노력들은 현실 취업시장 상황을 제대로 반영하지 못하고 많은 취업 실패와 시행착오를 겪고 있는 것이 현실이다. 본 연구에서는 현재 취업을 앞두고 있는 4학년을 대상 으로 BLE분야 중견기업과 긴밀한 산학협력을 통해 학생 경험중심의 현장 맞춤형 소프트웨어 개발 인력양성을 위한 사 업모델을 제안하여 산학협력 프로젝트를 수행하였으며, 그 결과 사업모델에 대한 사업성 평가와 약점 및 위협 요인에 대한 대응전략 분석을 통해 문제점과 실패 요인을 찾아내어 개선된 사업모델을 제안하였다.
