The purpose of this research is to investigate the factors that influence on the successful aging and to present the political and practical implication for the successful aging of elderly with disability. This study analyzed the 4th panel data from KReIS. The subject of study are the elderly with disability at the age of 65 and over. As the comparative group, the elderly without disability at the age 65 and over are set up. As the factors that influence on the successful aging of elderly with disability, social factors, functional and health factors, economic and social factors were examined. The results of this research are as the following: Firstly, the level of successful aging of elderly with disability was meaningfully lower than that of elderly without disability. Secondly, the factors that influenced on the successful aging between elderly with disability and elderly without disability were relationship satisfaction, economic activity state, spouse, leisure activity. And the relationship satisfaction was the greatest influence on successful aging. However, age, education level, economic state satisfaction influenced only on elderly without disability. On the basis of the result, it was proposed: Firstly, service and delivery system should be linked between the aged and the disabled for the successful aging of elderly with disability. Secondly, policies and programs should be provided to enhance the social activity of elderly with disability.

본 연구는 장애노인의 성공적 노화에 영향을 미치는 요인을 분석하여 장애노인의 성공적 노화를 위한사회복지 정책 및 실천적 함의를 제시하는데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 국민노후보장패널조사(KReIS) 4차 개인조사 및 부가조사 자료를 2차 분석하였다. 연구대상은 만 65세 이상 장애노인이며 비교집단으로 비장애노인을 설정하였다. 장애노인의 성공적 노화에 영향을 미치는 요인을 크게 인구학적 특성, 기능 및 건강요인, 경제ㆍ사회적 요인을 중심으로 살펴보았다. 연구 결과 성공적 노화 수준에 있어 장애노인이 비장애노인보다 낮게 나타났다. 또한 성공적 노화에 영향을 미치는 요인으로 대인관계 만족도와 경제활동 상태, 배우자 유무, 여가활동이 장애노인과 비장애노인 모두에서 공통적으로 유의미하게 영향을 미쳤고, 영향력의 크기에서도 대인관계 만족도가 종속변수인 성공적 노화의 차이를 가장 크게 가져오는 것으로 분석되었다. 그러나 연령, 교육수준, 경제상태 만족도는 비장애노인의 경우만 영향을 미쳤다. 연구결과를 토대로 장애노인의 성공적 노화를 위해 노인과 장애인의 서비스와 전달체계가 연계되어야 함과 장애노인의 사회활동 증진을 위한 정책의 마련 및 프로그램의 개발과 공급이 필요함을 제시하였다.
